I'm a recent graduate of the University of Maryland, working to form a startup.
Where I've been
- 2005 - IBM Extreme Blue. "Start something big" - I worked on a team with 3 other interns on a software integration system based on Eclipse RCP.
- 2004 - Microsoft. I was a developer hacking on beta 2 of Visual Studio 2005 (whidbey), notably on some UI pieces and algorithms for the Class Designer.
- 2003 - Microsoft. I was an SDET on Biztalk Server.

What I like
Technical interests are web development and Ruby on Rails, Linux, .NET and Mono, GNOME, and occasionally Eclipse.
My non-technical interests are reformed Christian theology and apologetics, and reading the classics. I also write the occasional poem.
Research
Currently admitted to UMD as a Phd student, deferred until Fall 2007.
Recently I've worked under Francois Guimbretiere on some low-feedback hand-written markup systems.
In the past, I've hacked a bit on the Eclipse plugin for Findbugs.
